From 2006 to 2008 Metin Seven created a 60-episode cartoony 3D webcomic strip series about a whimsical Scottish sheep called Seamour, a wiseacre mole named Marty, and a couple of guest stars.

In the same period the Hong Kong based designer toy producer Crazy Label realized a limited number of gadgets and toy figures based upon characters from the comics.

From January 2008 to January 2009 the Seamour Sheep comic strip series appeared in the Dutch national newspaper NRC.next every Friday, reaching an audience of more than 300,000 readers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The NRC.next newspaper's cartoon section was cancelled in 2009 due to an economic crisis breaking through.

In January 2009 Seamour Sheep was nominated out of 150 comic competition submissions, competing in the finale to become the new daily comic strip in the Dutch newspaper De Pers.

Seamour lost the comic contest by a narrow margin, and the Seamour Sheep project had to be frozen because of a time and budget shortage, to the expressed regret of many fans.
